Fountain Court Care Apartment Building Refurbishment. The project involved the refurbishment of 45 wet rooms across the apartment building, alongside fire stopping upgrades to kitchens and bathrooms to improve safety and compliance. Works began with the careful strip-out of existing bathroom finishes, fittings and affected areas. We then carried out full wet room refurbishment works, including associated repairs, upgrades and finishing works throughout. Fire stopping was completed to the required areas, including service penetrations and junctions. The project started in August 2025 and was successfully completed in January 2026, delivered in partnership with CLC & Axis Group.
