65A Richmond Park Rd, Bournemouth, BH8 8TX. In partnership with TJB Landlords Ltd, we completed the full refurbishment and conversion of a three-bedroom house into a four-bedroom property. The works included reconfiguring the layout, increasing the number of bathrooms from two to three, installing a new central heating system and completing a full electrical rewire. We also supplied and fitted new internal doors and frames, upgraded the garden area and installed new flooring throughout. The project started on 28 March 2026 and was successfully completed on 8 May 2026.

North Burnham Close Flats, Burnham, Slough. In partnership with Equans, we completed the full refurbishment of Flats 34, 36, 46 and 48. The works involved a full internal upgrade to each property, including new ceilings, heating installations, electrical works, plastering, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, decorating and floor finishes. New internal doors and door sets were also supplied and installed throughout. The project was carefully managed to deliver a high-quality finish across all four flats, starting in November 2025 and successfully completing in January 2026.

Fountain Court Care Apartment Building Refurbishment. The project involved the refurbishment of 45 wet rooms across the apartment building, alongside fire stopping upgrades to kitchens and bathrooms to improve safety and compliance. Works began with the careful strip-out of existing bathroom finishes, fittings and affected areas. We then carried out full wet room refurbishment works, including associated repairs, upgrades and finishing works throughout. Fire stopping was completed to the required areas, including service penetrations and junctions. The project started in August 2025 and was successfully completed in January 2026, delivered in partnership with CLC & Axis Group.

This project entails a full-scale refurbishment of 173 guest rooms and 4 levels of corridors. The scope of work includes the installation of new bathroom suites and room suites, alongside comprehensive electrical and carpentry services to ensure all spaces are brought up to the highest standards. Additionally, all bedroom and corridor fire doors will be replaced to meet updated safety regulations.

The project timeline extends from November 11th, 2024, to March 3rd, 2025. During this period, our team will coordinate closely with all stakeholders to ensure that the refurbishment is carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption to daily operations.
